Luxury Bath of Mid Atlantic in Ocean City, MD is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role offers 3 days in office and 3 days remote, with pay between $15 and $30 per hour based on experience.

You’ll help homeowners schedule free consultations and support a fast-paced customer-focused environment. You’ll answer inbound calls, follow scripts while personalizing conversations, and manage appointments with diligence.
