Job summary

AMTI is hiring Part-Time Call Center Agents to assist callers during critical moments – from medical inquiries to locksmith requests. We handle inbound calls only; no sales or outbound calling required. No experience is needed as we provide fully paid, hands-on training.

You’ll learn to take messages, transfer calls, and relay key information using our call processing system with a warm, professional manner. This position is in-office in Atlanta, GA. Weekend and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat, and professional communication skills.
• Strong English spelling and grammar.
• Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay: $16/hr l Hours: Part-Time l Requires 1 weekend day (Sat/Sun) and Holidays
