Job summary

Mississippi Urology Clinic in Jackson, MS is seeking a Call Center Agent/Representative to answer inbound calls and schedule patients with physicians. You will register, schedule, and coordinate patient information with emphasis on service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of office admin experience required.
• Experience in call center or high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from patients and schedule appointments.
• Register, schedule, and reschedule for patients.
• Coordinate information with patients including insurance and history.
• Maintain accurate records and manage call flow.

Mississippi Urology Clinic, Jackson MS has an immediate need for a Call Center Agent or Representative to join their team!

The CCA will be responsible for answering incoming calls from both new and recurring patients and scheduling them with available physicians. Our ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while exhibiting exceptional communication skills and professionalism in order to ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.

This position work location is: 501 Marshall Street, Suite 301, Jackson, MS 39202

Requirements

• Manage the registering, scheduling and rescheduling for all new and existing patients.
• Record Management.
• Ensure the proper information is obtained and communicated with the patient (i.e. identification, patient history, insurance information, missed appointment policy, patient arrival instructions, intake form, etc.)
• Receive, screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers.
• Place outbound calls and emails to patient leads.

Experience / Skills:

• Office Admin experience, 1 year required
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Call / Contact center or other high call volume experience required
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
