Boothe's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electric is seeking energetic Call Center Agents to be the voice of our company. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments and ensuring a professional, positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression for customers by answering inbound calls with professionalism and care
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule appointments and follow-ups
• Use proven call scripts while keeping conversations authentic and natural
• Accurately update and maintain customer records in our system
• Partner with dispatch and management to ensure smooth communication
• Book appointments at a high conversion rate
• Escalate customer concerns when needed
• Strive to meet and exceed productivity goals while maintaining top-tier customer service
