Climate Experts in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Call-by-Call Manager / Service Dispatcher to lead dispatch operations across HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. This full-time role reports to the service leadership and offers a base salary with monthly commissions.

You will manage the live service board, coach technicians, and drive revenue by improving close rates and reducing callbacks. A strong dispatcher background and service-industry experience are essential.

Call-by-Call Manager / Service Dispatcher (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)

Full-Time | $60,000 Base + Monthly Commission

Are You a Revenue-Driven Field Operations Leader?

Climate Experts is hiring a Call-by-Call Manager / Service Dispatcher to lead dispatch operations and drive service performance across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments.

This is more than a dispatch role.

This position combines:

• Technician coaching
• KPI accountability

You will manage the service board live, support technicians during active calls, and help increase close rates while reducing callbacks.

Pay & Compensation

• Monthly commission:
• 0.25% on closed service revenue (managed calls)
• 3% on closed revenue from unsold estimate follow-ups

This role directly impacts revenue and performance — and is compensated accordingly.

Schedule

4-Day Workweek

Rotating 4-day schedule (updated weekly)

Hours:

• Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be available for nights and weekends.
