Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Glendale, CA seeks a Litigation Attorney to represent clients in wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies.

You will manage an active caseload, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, draft and argue motions, and appear in court for hearings and trials while advising clients throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission to the California Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience with discovery, oral advocacy, and motion practice.
• Prior experience with class actions and wage-and-hour litigation is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
