The successful candidate will manage and prosecute class actions, engage in discovery, motion practice, and oral advocacy, and take and defend depositions while collaborating with a team of attorneys on complex litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission.
• 1–3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Positive attitude and interest in joining a collegial team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prosecute class and representative actions in state and federal courts.
• Engage in discovery, motion practice, and oral advocacy.
• Take and defend depositions.
