ARCO is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee California projects from Irvine. You will direct teams, manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure profitability while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
• Willing to travel throughout Irvine, California and the Pacific Coast
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel)

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and resolve conflicts to keep projects on track
• Attend post-award review meetings to gather project details and plan preconstruction
• Develop construction schedules with the project manager, including activity sequencing and resources
• Oversee projects to ensure compliance with specs, on schedule, and target profitability
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timeline
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs
• Review and approve requisitions, field purchase orders, invoices, and key documents
• Maintain constant communication with the project manager on progress and risks
• Complete daily reports documenting project details, events and approvals
• Enforce safety program adherence across all project phases
• Lead with integrity, upholding company values and client expectations
