Job summary

ARCO Companies seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead CA projects, directing field teams, planning schedules, and coordinating subcontractors to meet scope, schedule, and profitability targets.

You will travel as needed along the Irvine area and Pacific Coast, using Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Excel to track progress, costs, and safety, while maintaining strong client and team communication.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent.
• Willing to travel throughout Irvine, CA and the Pacific Coast.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Excel).

Responsibilities

• Direct teams and resolve on-site challenges to meet project goals.
• Attend preconstruction planning and develop construction schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage progress, costs, and safety compliance.
• Prepare job reports, requisitions, invoices, and project documents.
• Maintain clear communication with the project manager on progress and issues.
