Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of experience in insurance coverage.
• Admitted to practice in California; additional bar admissions are a plus.
• Experience on complex insurance coverage matters and litigation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze rights under insurance policies; draft coverage opinions and letters.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs; manage correspondence.
• Meet and confer with clients, opposing counsel, and others.
• Attend arbitrations, hearings, and mediations as needed.
• Proactively manage matters, deadlines, and client communications.
