Qualifications

• JD from ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 4-6 years of employment law experience.
• CA Bar in good standing.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication; detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits and charges.
• Advise employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and mediations.
• Handle class/collective actions and wage/hour matters.
