Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, 4–6 years of employment law experience, and active CA Bar admission in good standing. The firm offers a competitive benefits package and a salary range of $222,500–$242,500, with annual bonuses.

• 4-6 years of employment law experience
• CA Bar admission in good standing
• Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsabilités

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues
• Class Action/PAGA experience preferred but not required
• Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases
