Job summary

The Art Source, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant for Plus Interiors Hawaii to guide homeowners through cabinetry design, selection, and sales in Kapolei. You will measure spaces, develop layouts, select materials, and present designs and proposals to close sales.

Role emphasizes relationship-building with homeowners, contractors, and trade partners, leveraging design software and product knowledge to create personalized solutions that fit budgets and lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Strong sales mindset and drive to achieve results.
• Excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• An eye for design and strong attention to detail.
• Organization and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
• Comfort learning cabinetry design software and other technology.
• Kitchen and bath design, cabinetry, or construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, contractors, and trade partners to understand project needs, style, and budget.
• Measure spaces and develop kitchen and bath cabinetry layouts using design software.
• Help clients select cabinet materials, finishes, hardware, and organizational features.
• Prepare and present designs, estimates, and proposals, address questions, and close sales.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain clear next steps.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and relationships with contractors, designers, and other trade partners.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure accurate project details and an excellent customer experience.
• Stay involved from the initial consultation through installation and follow-up.

We are looking for a motivated, personable Sales & Design Consultant who can build relationships, understand customers’ needs, and turn ideas into sales. You’ll guide clients through cabinetry design and selection, creating personalized solutions that fit their homes, lifestyles, and budgets.
