MG+M The Law Firm is seeking Associate Attorneys to join our growing litigation team in California offices: Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Walnut Creek. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of defense litigation experience in Construction Defect, General Liability, Product Liability, or related civil matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Handle local and national accounts across California.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions; prepare witnesses for depositions and trial.
• Review and analyze discovery requests and responses; draft and respond to discovery and pleadings.
• Take lead roles in plaintiff and expert witness depositions and assist with trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and team members to develop case strategy.
• Maintain accurate billing and time records.
