MG+M The Law Firm is seeking a Part-Time Contract Attorney to support the Toxic Tort Practice Group across California offices. The role will focus on substantive motion practice, drafting and reviewing MSJs and other dispositive motions in complex toxic tort litigation.
The attorney will work in collaboration with the firm's litigation team, handling sensitive briefs while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This role will support the Toxic Tort Practice Group and will primarily focus on substantive motion practice, including drafting, reviewing, and supporting Motions for Summary Judgment (MSJs) and other dispositive motions in complex toxic tort litigation.
