Job summary

Ministerial Association of Colusa C seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee CalAIM ECM and CS programs at the county level. You will supervise frontline staff, manage case management oversight, and coordinate services with partners to meet member needs and program goals.

You will lead outreach planning, ensure policy compliance, and drive quality improvement through regular staff meetings and training. This role collaborates with program managers and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, human services or related field and 1–2 years supervising clinical or social services staff.
• 2-year degree in social work, sociology, ministry, human services or related field and 3–5 years supervising staff.
• Any combination of education/experience meeting qualifications of a healthcare professional who can supervise clinical or social services staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises CalAIM county-level front-line PneumaCare staff.
• Engages eligible members and coordinates services within health plan guidelines.
• Oversees hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and performance reviews.
