Job summary

Sbnbcc is seeking a qualified CalAIM Enrollment Specialist to provide comprehensive support for the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) programs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience working with Medi-Cal. This full-time, on-site role works closely with the Homeless Services Director and requires strong organizational and communication skills. Starting salary ranges from $30-$32 per hour with benefits and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with Medi-Cal/CenCal systems management.
• Experience reviewing care coordination tasks.
• Proven experience in implementing CalAIM or similar healthcare programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client enrollment in CenCal and CalAIM.
• Track client eligibility to prevent coverage lapses.
• Review staff case management notes for quality control.
• Optimize internal CalAIM processes for efficiency.
