Job summary

Yolo County Children’s Alliance (YCCA) is hiring a CalAIM Program Manager to implement and manage growing CalAIM, ECM, CHW, and other Medi-Cal funded programs. Lead operational workflows, teams, and service delivery to ensure high quality, compliant services aligned with community needs.

You will supervise staff, translate requirements into practical processes, monitor performance with data, and collaborate with healthcare providers, plans, and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Translate complex CalAIM, Medi-Cal, health-plan and contract requirements into practical workflows.
• Oversee program staff and day-to-day operations.
• Use data to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, health plans, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage program implementation plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Supervise, coach, and support assigned staff.
• Oversee referrals, enrollment, caseloads, and service delivery.
• Monitor program performance, quality, compliance and outcomes.
• Support billing readiness and ensure documentation meets program requirements.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with audits, monitoring and site reviews.
• Build sustainable systems for long-term success.
• Represent YCCA at partner and community meetings.
