Job summary

RH Community Builders is looking for a CalAIM Clinical Consultant in Fresno, CA. This role involves overseeing the quality of Enhanced Case Management services and providing support to case managers. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health plan requirements, facilitating care plan development, and conducting training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in case management or care coordination.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in CalAIM or Medi-Cal-based programs strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality and consistency of ECM services.
• Provide clinical guidance and operational support to case managers.
• Facilitate care plan development and revisions.
• Conduct regular case reviews and provide staff training.

Skills

Strong clinical judgment and supervision skills

Ability to train and mentor case management staff

Proficiency in conducting case reviews and identifying service gaps

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

Clean driving record

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field

Clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)
