Job summary

Amity Foundation in California seeks a Cal MHSA Certified Peer Navigator to lead CBI Life Skills and Family Relations programming within prison and re-entry initiatives. You will facilitate classes, support individual sessions, and document progress in ARMS, collaborating with CDCR/CCHCS teams.

Must hold Cal MHSA certification with the certification number on your résumé, or have a scheduled test date. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, plus MS Office proficiency,

Qualifications

• Must hold Cal MHSA Certified Peer Navigator certification.
• Certification number should be on resume; prioritized.
• If not certified, applicant should have a scheduled Cal MHSA test date.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes using curriculum.
• Conduct classes and individual sessions, develop action plans.
• Evaluate and document participant progress.
• Engage participants daily and reinforce participation.
• Document delivery of programming in ARMS.
• Collaborate with CDCR/CCHCS headquarters and staff.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
