Nothing Bundt Cakes in Baton Rouge is seeking a Froster to produce our signature frosting and frost cakes with precision. The role requires following strict recipes, using a mixer and pastry bag, and prioritizing both pre-orders and walk-in cakes.

You will maintain frosting inventory, ensure proper packaging, and uphold health and safety protocols. Applicants should be at least 18, with or without formal education; bakery experience is a plus, and the position offers flexibility in shifts,

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• No formal education required; food service experience is a plus.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC frosting recipe and methods with precision.
• Uses measuring devices, mixer, and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes pre-orders and frosts walk-in orders.
• Maintains frosting supplies and par levels; records frosting and refrigeration logs.
• Ensures proper packaging, labeling, storage, and product rotation.
• Monitors frosting inventory and notifies for replenishment.
• Evaluates cakes to NbC standards and reports quality issues.
• Cleans and restocks workstation; supports during shift gaps.
• Adheres to health, safety, and dress code policies.
• Maintains punctuality and consistent attendance.
