Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Frosting position where you will apply the signature frosting, prepare cakes and ensure quality. You will follow exact recipes, operate mixers and bags, and prioritize pre-orders for timely guest service.

You will maintain display readiness, manage frosting supplies, and uphold health and safety standards while contributing to a friendly, casual bakery environment in Stafford Township.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience required, prior experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC frosting recipe and methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Uses measuring tools, mixers and pastry bags to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes pre-orders and frost walk-in cakes per schedule.
• Maintains supply of samples and frosted cakes in display for guests.
• Packages, labels and stores frosted cakes per standards and logs frosting.
• Monitors frosting supplies and notifies when restocking is needed.
• Evaluates finished cakes for NbC standards and notes quality issues.
• Cleans and restocks workstation; assists with equipment as needed.
• Follows health, safety, dress code and hygiene policies; keeps punctual attendance.
