Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Froster to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on precise frosting using NbC recipes, maintaining quality, and supporting pre-orders and guest service at the bakery display area.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a willingness to learn NbC methods, keep a clean workstation, and follow health and safety guidelines while delivering high-quality, consistent iced cake presentations.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• No formal education required; prior bakery/food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC frosting recipe and application methods with precision and achieves productivity goals.
• Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial mixer and pastry bag to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes cake pre-orders according to schedule and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
• Ensures samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintains frosting logs.
• Adheres to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes and maintains frosting and refrigeration logs.
• Monitors inventory of frosting supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluates baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and informs management of quality issues.
• Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation and ensures supplies are prepared for the next shift.
