Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Froster to produce high-quality frosting for our featured cakes in a fast-paced bakery setting. You will follow our proprietary frosting recipe and use standard equipment to frost cakes for both pre-orders and walk-in guests.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining strict health and safety practices. Shifts vary; 18+ age requirement; franchise location policies apply.

Qualifications

• Understands basic units of measurement used in the U.S.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks requiring precise, continuous movement.
• Physical capacity to lift items up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Adheres to health and safety practices and workplace standards.
• Diligent, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC frosting recipe and application methods with precision and meets productivity goals.
• Frosts cakes using measuring instruments, mixers and pastry bags.
• Prioritizes pre-orders and handles walk-in cake frostings.
• Maintains frosting supplies, rotates products and logs frosting activity.
• Keeps workstation clean, sanitized and stocked for next shift; supports other roles as needed.
