Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take cake orders at the bakery counter.
• Check orders, set up production timeline, and verify details (size, deco pack, icing, dates).
• Decorate items according to current designs and trends.
• Develop daily bakery orders for bakers (cakes and sizes).
• Track daily production and coordinate with coworkers to complete tasks.
• Order decorating supplies and manage inventory for the area.
• Deliver wedding cakes on site and set up outside the store when needed.
• Communicate with Bakery Manager about displays, weekly ads, and special needs.
• Lead part-time staff, provide instruction, and participate in cross-training.
• Maintain sanitation standards and keep the workspace clean and safe.
