• Decorate items promptly and stay current with designs and trends.
• Lead part-time staff and coordinate with bakery team to keep production running.
• Check product dates, pull cases, and restock as needed.
• Deliver wedding cakes on site and set up displays when required.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and cleanliness in work area.
