Dairy Queen is seeking a positive, energetic Crew Member/Chill Staff to deliver exceptional customer service and help create positive memories for fans. You will work in a fun, fast-paced environment, assist with cake decoration, and ensure quality and cleanliness across the shop.

The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, stocking supplies, reading order monitors, and collaborating with management to meet health and service standards while engaging with guests.

Aufgaben

• Assemble and prepare soft serve and Blizzard cakes, decorating with icing, gel, drawings, decorating kits, air brush, edible images and letterings to meet quality standards.
• Operate cake production area in accordance with established PRIDE standards, policies and procedures.
• Assist in guest satisfaction by adhering to standards for quality, value, service and cleanliness.
• Maintain positive working relationships with restaurant employees and customers to foster a cooperative and pleasant climate.
• Communicate significant issues with management staff, both positive and negative.
• Prepare and decorate cake products according to customer specifications and all applicable standards and procedures.
• Safely operate and maintain cake and soft serve equipment, following all health and safety standards.
• Maintain adequate inventory of decorated cakes, including back-up cakes during holidays and peak occasions.
• Keep display freezer full with a variety of cakes and ensure attractive presentation.
• Conduct sampling and actively sell products; take and fill customer cake orders promptly.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs; work as a team to ensure consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value.
