Job summary

Dairy Queen seeks a positive Crew Member/Chill Staff to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in cake production, cake decoration, and general restaurant duties, working with management staff and shift leaders to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include decorating cakes to order, prepping soft serve, maintaining cleanliness, and following health standards while collaborating with the team to create a friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide positive, energetic customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to read order monitors and follow standards.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Maintain hygiene and safety per local health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and decorate cakes for Cakes and special orders, and prepare soft serve and Blizzard cakes as needed.
• Prepare and decorate cake products according to customer specs and Quality standards.
• Operate cake and soft serve equipment safely and maintain inventory of decorated cakes.
