Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking a positive Crew Member/Chill Staff to deliver friendly, fast service in a busy shop. You will assist in cake production, decorate items, scoop ice cream, serve guests, and help maintain cleanliness, safety, and product quality for every order.

You will work under management and shift leaders, follow PRIDE standards, handle high volumes with calm service, and collaborate with teammates to ensure memorable guest experiences for every fan.

Qualifications

• Prepare and decorate cakes according to specifications.
• Maintain food handling and safety procedures.
• Provide friendly guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare soft serve and Blizzard cakes and decorate as requested.
• Operate cake production area following PRIDE standards and health rules.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in service areas.
• Provide excellent guest service and communicate needs to management.
