Report to Management Staff and Shift Leaders; expect lifting up to 50 pounds, moving items, and standing for extended periods while providing friendly service to fans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble and decorate soft serve and Blizzard cakes and related products.
• Operate cake production area following PRIDE standards and safety procedures.
• Assist in guest satisfaction by upholding quality, value, service and cleanliness.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers to promote a friendly climate.
• Communicate issues to management promptly.
• Perform duties as requested by management and team leaders.
