Qualifications

• Read order monitors and communicate issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and Cake Shop standards.
• Operate cake production area following PRIDE policies and procedures.
• Assist in ensuring guest satisfaction by upholding quality, value, service and cleanliness.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff and customers to support a cooperative environment.
• Keep cake display full and attractively presented; stock and rotate products.
