Responsibilities

• Review the schedule at shift start and prepare for duties
• Mix frosting, color frosting, cone loading, frosting cakes and decorating
• Take, complete, and store bakery orders
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors and counters
• Track and record loss
• Demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation habits
