Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Cake Decorator at the Holland, OH location to support bakery operations and member service. You will decorate items, assist customers and work with a team to ensure quality and timely production.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining food safety and inventory, and using handheld tools to optimize product quality and merchandising. Prior experience in cake decorating is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Cake decorating experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, delivering excellent customer service.
• Plan bakery productions, ensure decor designs are accurate and consistent with recipes and guidelines.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and engage customers.
• Maintain in-stock levels, control shrinkage and ensure food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Respect Walmart values and operate with integrity, teamwork and accountability.
