Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring a Cake Decorator in Holland, MI to deliver exceptional member service in the bakery area. You will collaborate with teammates to ensure quality decorating and accurate product presentation, using decorating tools and ensuring food safety standards.

You will leverage digital tools and hand-held devices to support production decisions and merchandise ordering while focusing on a great member experience and reducing waste.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Cake Decorating is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and decoration designs, using decorating bags, tips and nozzles.
• Leverages handheld technology to make production and product quality decisions with members in mind.
• Drives performance of the bakery area, ensuring freshness, waste reduction and date-control standards.
• Acts as a brand advocate, delivering high-quality service and products to members.
