Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Team Member: Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources.
• Expert: Plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of designs, follows recipes and measurements.
• Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience with handheld technology.
• Owner: Drives the bakery area performance, ensures quality and date control, and assists members with purchases and issues.
• Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high quality service, and mentors others.
• Complies with policies and completes work by using data and resources, communicating progress.
