Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Cake Decorating experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs, follow recipe measurement instructions, work with decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production, merchandise ordering, and training with the member in mind.
