Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver customer service and maintain service levels.
• Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of designs, using decorating bags, tips, nozzles for flowers and lettering.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience and associate engagement.
• Drive bakery area performance, maintain quality, date control and inventory, and support seasonal events.
• Act as a brand ambassador, model high-quality service, train and mentor teammates.
• Complete tasks and priorities following policies, data, and resources, while adapting to change.
