Job summary

Responsibilities include following recipes, ensuring quality and safety standards, stocking and rotating products, and assisting in other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak English, and understand the language well.
• Assist Bakery Manager and support daily department operations.
• Stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Work in varying temperatures and handle food products safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, and visually appealing bakery area.
• Prepare and decorate pastries and bread items as directed.
• Follow recipes and weights/measures per standards.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, QA, and company policies.
