Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with co-workers and managers to create a fun, positive environment for learning and teamwork.
• Impress guests by providing warm, friendly interactions, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring they leave happy.
• Keep orders moving efficiently by accurately recording orders, working as a team to prepare food, and following manager directions.
• Prioritize safety by following Dairy Queen and DND Groups standards and policies.
• Maintain a tidy environment, demonstrating attention to detail and efficient cleaning practices.
• Present a tidy and polished appearance, including proper uniform standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to work in various temperature ranges, stand for long periods, work around allergens, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positivity, eagerness to learn, friendliness, and teamwork skills are essential.
• Basic math and reading skills, along with the ability to follow directions.
