Job description

Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the entire club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions to ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, work with various decorating tools, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and operate equipment properly.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and customer experience, utilize handheld technology for decision-making, and adapt to new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Oversee bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, model high-quality service, mentor others, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications
