Off The Hook in Thibodaux, LA is seeking a Cook to set the tone in our fast-paced kitchen and ensure all meals meet our premium Real Cajun Real Fast standards. Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work days, weekends, and travel for training.
• 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Must complete Off The Hook company training programs.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals to meet our restaurant's standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining a high level of energy.
• Take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and delivering a memorable dining experience.
• Handle a variety of kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking and cleaning.
• Follow all food safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling and storage of food, to prevent contamination and ensure the health of guests.
• Use kitchen equipment and appliances safely and effectively, performing basic maintenance and reporting any malfunctions to management.
• Work closely with other kitchen team and communicate effectively to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
