Job summary

Citi is hiring an entry-level Teller in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. The Teller assists with branch activities, delivers day-to-day client services and processes transactions in coordination with Customer Service to provide high quality service and help the branch generate revenue.

Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact, handling cash, identifying referral opportunities, educating clients on digital banking, and ensuring compliance with policies and security; qualifications

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient customer service.
• Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions including managing cash supply for the branch, deposits, and maintaining branch vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and products; meet client needs and manage issues.
• Appropriately assess risk and drive compliance with laws and Citi policies.
