Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Cage Cashiers and Vault Cashiers in Cage, Sportsbook, and Rewards Club operations.
• Provide training and professional development for Cage and Vault Cashiers.
• Ensure accuracy through data entry and department documentation; communicate issues with management.
• Promote a positive guest service environment and handle guest disputes professionally.
• Monitor cash discrepancies and enforce internal controls and AML compliance.
