Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to obtain Maine State Dual Gaming/Sportsbook License.
• Must be able to obtain EIN and Form 11-C for federal tax purposes.
• Two (2) years of Cage Cashier or Vault Cashier experience preferred.
• Three (3) years of cash handling experience required.
• Three (3) years of guest service experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs (days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays).

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises Cage Cashiers and Vault Cashiers.
• Oversees Cage, Sportsbook and Rewards Club operations.
• Provides outstanding guest service in line with department standards.
• Trains and develops staff for professional growth.
• Performs accurate data entry and administrative tasks.
• Investigates discrepancies and enforces internal controls.
• Ensures AML compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains professional relationships with team members and guests.
