Job summary

American Place Casino is seeking a Casino Shift Manager to assist the Cage/Credit Manager in protecting cage assets and ensuring compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations.

You will supervise and coach staff, review transactions, and maintain accurate guest credit records while resolving issues with guests in a professional manner. This role includes acting in the Cage/Credit Manager’s absence and handling additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School/GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cage operations.
• Ability to operate calculators, computers and money counters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service while maintaining custody of cage assets.
• Supervise, train, and coach team members; assist with scheduling.
• Review documents and transactions for compliance with gaming regulations and policies.
• Audit and verify transactions with the table games department; handle guest disputes professionally.
