Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Cage Shift Supervisor in Maryland to oversee cage operations per shift, ensuring accuracy, security, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, enforce internal controls and gaming regulations, and coordinate with multiple departments to maintain smooth financial processes.

The role emphasizes staff development, compliance, and delivering a professional guest experience that reflects the Live! brand.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in casino cage operations or banking preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• College degree or some level of secondary education preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the license mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Mansioni

• Maintain working knowledge of Cage operations, controls and software.
• Communicate policy or schedule changes to Team Members.
• Ensure accurate performance and inventory controls (bank, cage checks, currency orders).
• Provide outstanding guest service and assist with variances, disputes, counterfeit issues, and internal control violations.
• Maintain professional rapport and confidentiality with IT, Security, Surveillance, and other departments.
• Train and develop Team Members in Cage Operations and manage shift schedules.
• Track LOA, PTO, early outs, and special requests.
• Assist Cage Shift Manager with any other duties as assigned.
