Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia seeks a Cage Shift Supervisor to oversee cage operations, maintain internal controls, and support a guest-focused environment. You will lead a team, handle currency processes, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations while delivering professional service.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, communicating policy changes, and resolving variances or disputes with guests. Prior cage operations experience preferred.

Competenze

• Must maintain knowledge of cage operations, controls and software.
• Ability to read and interpret complex documents including tax laws and gaming regulations.
• Capable of training and guiding team members on procedures and controls.
• Strong communication and confidentiality with other departments.

Mansioni

• Oversee cage operations, controls, and security processes.
• Communicate policy or schedule changes to team members.
• Ensure accuracy of paperwork, currency orders, and bank processes.
• Provide guest service support and resolve variances or disputes.
• Train and develop staff, manage shift schedules and LOA/PTO records.
• Assist Cage Shift Manager with duties as assigned.
