Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, or 2–4 years of related customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and manage daily Cage operations on a shift.
• Coordinate scheduling with the manager to ensure guest satisfaction and adhere to standards.
• Assist in budgeting considerations and report budget concerns when needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure CTR/SARC procedures are followed.
