Job summary

Cherokee Nation Businesses seeks a Cage Player Services Supervisor to lead a team delivering a premier guest experience while ensuring secure financial transactions. You will supervise staff, resolve issues, and drive operational efficiencies with strong cash handling and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and maintaining accuracy in cash deposits and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1–3 years in cash handling or customer service.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting, gaming and regulatory requirements, including Title 31.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Complete job appraisals, corrective actions, and track attendance for the department.
• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal, state, and local laws and company policies, including Title 31 regulations.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve operations.
• Resolve guest and employee disputes and escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee casino rewards program and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Oversee ATM and kiosk cash levels, complete staff closeouts, and verify cash deposits.
• Verify funds at shift start and end and report to applicable departments.
• Distribute paperwork for winnings above thresholds and coordinate inventory audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of all casino and guest information.
