Job summary

The Mint Gaming Hall in Kentucky is seeking a Cage Operations Associate to manage guest transactions, safeguard funds, and support cage management on shifts.

You will handle cash in accordance with procedures, assist guests with inquiries, and help ensure promotions and events are communicated. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years' related experience, and the ability to obtain a Kentucky gaming license; weekly pay and solid benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass pre-screening and background checks.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate operational information to keep Cage management informed.
• Process transactions and documentation accurately according to policies.
• Maintain bank balance and safeguard cage assets.
• Assist guests with inquiries and inform on promotions/events.
• Verify transactions to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Report malfunctions and may perform minor repairs under supervision.
• Report issues to Cage management promptly and provide training as needed.
• Provide excellent service to internal guests and interact warmly with guests.
